To ensure consistent coaching and player progression, we have moved to a Term-Based Membership. Instead of purchasing class packs, you now secure your child’s spot for the duration of the school term. This allows our coaches to plan structured programs where players can develop alongside the same teammates every week during the term.

There is a Five week option and also a Casual class options, for those joining late. Please note that there is no roll over of class credits to the next term, or refunds. Please ensure you choose the correct options.

No. Our Term Membership covers the weeks within the Western Australian school term only. The group classes do not run on school holidays. Keep an eye on our socials for our fun filled Holiday Clinics!

Yes, strictly for new players who have never attended The Proper Player before. This allows your child to experience our coaching style before you commit to the full term.

When you register for the term, you are paying to reserve a specific spot in a specific class. Much like a swimming squad or a gymnastics program. Because our operating costs (field hire, coaching staff) remain the same regardless of individual attendance, we do not offer refunds, credits, or make-up classes for missed sessions due to sickness, travel, or personal reasons.

We previously offered a flexible system, but it took significant time away from what we do best, which is coaching. By removing the administrative burden of rescheduling hundreds of individual sessions, we can dedicate 100% of our focus to session planning and player development. This structure also ensures class sizes remain safe and manageable.

We aim to run classes rain, hail, or shine! However, in the event of extreme weather (lightning/severe storms/Heat) or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to cancel for safety. Under our new structure, these classes are not rescheduled or credited. We account for this risk in our overall term pricing structure.
