Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions – The Proper Player Class Package Purchase Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a class package from The Proper Player, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 5 Class Pack: Valid for 6 weeks from first booked class. Includes 1 reschedule (with 12 hours' notice). 10 Class Pack: Valid for 12 weeks from first booked class. Includes 2 reschedules (with 12 hours' notice). Non-Cancellation Policy: Class package purchases are non-refundable. This applies to individual sessions, group sessions, or any prepaid programs. Rescheduling Classes: Classes may be rescheduled once (5 pack) or twice (10 pack) with at least 12 hours' notice via the customer login portal. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice is considered a no-show. No reschedules or refunds will be granted. Program Duration: All sessions must be used within the class pack’s stated validity period. Program timelines are confirmed at time of purchase. Payment Obligations: Packages must be paid in full or via weekly direct debit. Missed payments may result in suspended attendance. Program Changes: The Proper Player may modify program times or dates as needed. Participants will be notified of any changes in advance where possible. Cancellation by The Proper Player: We reserve the right to remove a participant for breach of terms or program policy without refund. Code of Conduct: Respectful behaviour towards coaches and participants is expected. All players must follow program rules at all times. Contact Information: It is the participant’s responsibility to keep their contact details up to date. All important communications will be sent to the provided contact. By purchasing a package, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. The Proper Player reserves the right to act on any breaches accordingly.
