Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions for The Proper Player Class Package Purchase: 1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a class program package from The Proper Player, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein. 2. Non-Cancellation Policy: Once a class program package is purchased, it is non-refundable, and cancellations are not permitted. This includes but is not limited to individual sessions, group sessions, or any other prepaid packages. 3. Rescheduling Classes: If a participant needs to reschedule a session, they must notify The Proper Player 12 hours in advance, or this can be actioned by the participant via the customer log-in portal. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and the Proper Player will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request. If a class needs to be scheduled, it can only be shifted one time. 4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled class will be considered a no-show. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows. 5. Program Duration: The duration of the soccer program, if applicable, will be outlined at the time of purchase. Sessions must be completed within the specified timeframe. 6. Payment Obligations: All payments for class packages can either be paid in full, or with weekly payments via direct debit at the time of purchase. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of participation. 7. Program Changes: The Proper Player reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, including but not limited to dates and times. Participants will be notified in advance of any changes whenever possible. 8. Cancellation by the Proper Player: The Proper Player reserves the right to cancel a participant's involvement in the program in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions or any violation of program policies. No refund will be provided in such cases. 9. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the code of conduct set forth by The Proper Player which includes respectful behavior towards coaches, and fellow participants, and adherence to program rules. 10. Contact Information: It is the responsibility of the participant to keep their contact information up-to-date with The Proper Player. All communications, including important updates and notices, will be sent to the contact information provided.
