Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions – The Proper Player Class Package Purchase Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a class package from The Proper Player, you agree to the following terms and conditions. TERMS AND CONDITIONS – THE PROPER PLAYER 1. Package Validity & Expiry Full Term Package: Valid strictly for the dates of the specific School Term purchased (e.g., Term 1 dates: Jan 31st to April 1st). Any classes not attended by the end of the term are forfeited. They do not carry over to the next term. 5-Week Class Pack: Valid for 5 weeks from the date of the first booked class. This pack is for 5 consecutive weeks. Unused classes expire automatically at the end of the 5-week period. 5-Week class packs can not be carried over to next term. Casual Class: Valid for the specific single date booked only. 2. No Reschedules or Make-Up Classes To maintain coaching standards and manageable class ratios, The Proper Player enforces a strict No Make-Up Policy: Missed Classes: We do not provide make-up classes, refunds, or credits for non-attendance due to player illness, injury, travel, or personal commitments. Cancellations by Us: In the rare event that The Proper Player must cancel a session (due to extreme weather, safety hazards, or coach illness), no make-up classes or refunds will be issued. 3. Refunds and Transfers All purchases (Term, 5-Week, and Casual) are non-refundable. Class credits are non-transferable between players or to future school terms. We do not pause memberships for school holidays; term classes do not run during school holidays. 4. Weather Policy Training proceeds in rain. Cancellations only occur in the event of dangerous conditions (e.g., lightning). If a session is cancelled for safety, the "No Reschedules" policy (Clause 2) applies. 5. Free Trials Free trials are strictly for new customers only (players who have never attended a session). Existing customers creating new accounts to claim trials will be charged the casual rate. 6. Late Arrivals & Code of Conduct Players are expected to arrive on time. Disruptive behavior or breach of our code of conduct may result in the termination of the player’s registration without refund. By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
