Cancellation Policy

School Holiday Program Booking Policy – The Proper Player Program Details: Dates: 9 & 10 July 2025 Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm (drop-off from 8:45am and pick up at 1pm) Location: Harrisdale Senior High School Oval Ages: 5 – 15 years Booking & Cancellation Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the program. If you wish to cancel, a 50% refund of the total amount paid will be issued only if notice is given at least 3 days prior to the class. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the program or for non-attendance. Safety, Equipment & Injury Acknowledgement Soccer is a physical sport, and while all reasonable care is taken, The Proper Player is not liable for any injuries that may occur during the program. Shin pads are strongly recommended for the safety and protection of all participants. Children should wear appropriate soccer attire, bring a refillable water bottle, and a light snack. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to show respectful behaviour towards coaches, staff, and fellow players. Any disrespectful or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the program without refund. Medical & Special Considerations By enrolling, parents/guardians confirm that any allergies, medical conditions, or neurodiverse needs have been disclosed to ensure the child’s safety and wellbeing. Photography & Media Consent By agreeing to this policy, you give consent for your child to be photographed or filmed during the program. These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by The Proper Player. Pick-Up Requirement Parents/guardians must ensure that children are collected promptly at 1:00pm at the conclusion of the session.
