Cancellation Policy

School Holiday Program Booking Policy The Proper Player Program Details Dates: Wednesday 7 and Thursday 8 October 2026 Time: 9:00am to 1:00pm. Drop-off from 8:45am and pick-up at 1:00pm. Location: Harrisdale Senior High School Oval, Harrisdale WA Ages: 5 to 15 years Booking and Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in the program. This applies to both the one day and the two day options. No Refunds, No Credits, No Make-Ups All bookings are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or make-up sessions for cancellations, change of plans, non-attendance, illness, injury, or travel. If The Proper Player cancels a session for weather, safety, or coach illness, no refund or make-up is provided. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Weather The program runs in light to moderate rain. Sessions may be cancelled if the head coach decides conditions are unsafe, including lightning, severe storms, heat warnings, extreme rain, or strong winds. The head coach's decision is final. Safety, Equipment and Injury Soccer is a physical, contact sport. While all reasonable care is taken, The Proper Player is not liable for injuries that occur during the program. Shin pads are strongly recommended. Children should wear appropriate soccer attire and boots, and bring a refillable water bottle and a light snack. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other players. Disrespectful or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund. Medical and Special Considerations By enrolling, parents and guardians confirm that any allergies, medical conditions, or neurodiverse needs have been disclosed in writing so we can keep every child safe. Photography and Media Consent By agreeing to this policy, you consent to your child being photographed or filmed during the program. These images may be used for marketing and promotion by The Proper Player. To opt out, email admin@theproperplayer.com before the first session.
